What is it ?
Workshops is a powerful feature allowing you to manage national and local events in-store or remotely, by allowing your customers to register for them.
Create global template
The main advantage of Workshops is the capability to create events global templates, in order to reuse/deploy them quickly and easily on many store by one click.
You’ll find these templates into the top navbar, with your super-admin account.
Create and publish a workshop
Still in “Workshops” top menu section, you only have to click on “New event” and follow indications :
Once the global event is created, you’ll have the capacity to publish it on selected places :
View events details on Place
Once an event is published, the Place’s collaborators can be it and customer too.
Collaborators view
Collaborators can view the list of futures events, create, modify or cancel each of them.
Customers view
Customers can book sessions from the URL :

When a customer book an event, he automatically receive confirmation/reminder emails.
